A: Yes, one sample before bulk order is welcome.

Q2. What's the sample and goods lead time?

A:The stock samples will ship out within 12 hours, custom sample for 5-7 days;

and bulk order for 10-25 days usually.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit ?

A: Yes, the MOQ is 100pcs but any trial order is welcome.

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: According to your order quantity, usually ship by sea or by air and by express, 18-30 days by sea, 5-7 days by air and 3-5 days by express.

Q5. How to proceed an order?

A: Firstly let us know your requirements. Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirm the artworks and pay deposit for formal order. Fourthly We arrange the production & shipment then you pay balance to us.

Q6. Is it OK to print my logo on the product?

A: Yes. Please provide the logo AI file so that our designer can make the mock up for you approval

Q7: Can you support custom packing?

A: Sure,custom polybag with warning text,gift box or display box is welcome.
